IMPORTO PRE-AUTORIZZAZIONE
Il sistema richiede un'autorizzazione provvisoria di circa 100 euro: questo è l'importo massimo erogabile.
L'importo corretto sarà poi addebitato una volta chiusa l'erogazione: non serve richiedere nessun rimborso. Se non è stato erogato nulla l'operazione sarà automaticamente annullata e non sarà addebitato nulla sulla carta.Nuovo paragrafo

Per ottenere la fattura elettronica di un rifornimento richiedere sempre la ricevuta e seguire le istruzioni indicate nello scontrino: la fattura va richiesta esclusivamente tramite APP FATTURA1CLICK.

In caso di problemi o mancanza di scontrino, inviare una e-mail con data, ora e importo del rifornimento nonché una breve descrizione del problema.

Das System stellt immer einen Rückerstattungsbeleg aus, mit dem Sie nochmal tanken können: bringen Sie den Barcode auf ihren Rückerstattungsbeleg an der Leser oder befolgen Sie die Anweisungen unten "Rückerstattungen" menu.
KARTEN-ZAHLUNGEN
VORLÄUFIGE BELASTUNG BETRAG
Das System benötigt eine Vorläufige belastung von etwa 100 euro: das ist der höchstbetrag zum Tanken. Der berichtigte Betrag wird nach Abschluss der Betankung belasten. Wenn Sie nichts getankt haben, ist eine Erstattung nicht erfoderlich: die transaktion wird automatisch storniert werden.

Le système émet toufours un reçu de remboursement à utilser pour un nouveau plein: laissez lire le code-barres sur votre reçu ou suivez les instructions du menu "remboursements"
PAYMENTS PAR CARTES
MONTANT AUTORISATION TEMPORAIRE
Le système sollicite un'autorisation temporaire de environ 100 euros: c'est le montant maximum de carburant. Le montant correcte sera débité quand vous avez terminé, il ne vous faut pas demander aucun remboursement. Si vous n'avez pas fait du carburant, l'operation sera annullée et aucun montant sera prélévé de votre carte.

El sistema emitirá siempre un tique de reembolso para rellenar de nuevo: cierre el codigo de barras de tu tique al lector o sigue las instrucciones en el menu "reembolsos"
PAGOS CON TARJETAS
IMPORTE AUTORIZAZIÓN PROVISIONAL
El sistema requiere una autorización provisional de aprox 100 euros: es el importe máximo que puedes rellenar. El importe correcto será cargado una vez que hayas terminado, no necesitas solicitar ningun reembolso. Si no has rellenado la operación será automáticamente cancelada y no se realizará ningun cargo en tu tarjeta.
